I started Seven Presidents Management after five years in property and community association management, overseeing a wide range of condominium, townhome, HOA, and high-rise communities totaling more than 4,000 residences.

That experience taught me that property management is not simply about maintaining a building, reviewing an invoice, or responding when something goes wrong. It is about being present, prepared, and accountable for the details that protect a property and give the people connected to it real peace of mind.

I saw how often clients were left chasing updates, waiting for answers, or dealing with problems that should have been addressed earlier. I believed there was room for something more personal: a management company that combines disciplined operations with responsive communication and genuine care for the property. That is why I built Seven Presidents Management.

My approach is straightforward. I believe in clear communication, organized financial oversight, thoughtful planning, and hands-on follow-through. I believe the smallest details matter because they often become the biggest problems when no one is paying attention. And I believe every client deserves to feel confident that their property is being managed with the same care and respect I would expect for my own.
